Three-tier loss, not one number
Every job splits Gross Loss into Recoverable Loss (metal a refiner can still return) and Net Loss (genuinely gone). That split is what turns "we lost 4%" into an actual, actionable number.
Department-by-department weigh-ins
Metal Issue → Melting → Casting → De-investing → Filing → Setting → Polishing → Rhodium → Cleaning → QC → Finished Output. Only the departments that actually applied to that job, each with its own weigh-in.

Department-wise tracking is always on. Turn on karigar-wise tracking and Shuddhi adds per-worker comparison, department breakdowns by karigar, and role-gated logins. It stays off by default, on when you're ready.

Questions every owner asks first.
Do I need an internet connection to use it?
No. Shuddhi runs entirely on your own device, and every job, weigh-in, and report works fully offline. The only thing that ever touches the internet is entering your license key.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We hand-issue a free one-month trial to qualifying casting units, with no card details and no auto-billing. Message us on WhatsApp or email support@parshvatech.in to request one.
Do I have to track individual karigars?
No. Department-wise tracking is always on, but karigar-wise tracking is a single switch, off by default. Turn it on when you're ready and per-worker comparisons appear everywhere at once; turn it off and they all disappear together. Nothing to hunt down feature by feature.
What happens to my data if this computer is lost, stolen, or breaks?
Your database is encrypted at rest on the device, so a stolen machine doesn't hand anyone your production numbers. Nothing is copied to us or anyone else, which also means backups are your responsibility: export an encrypted backup file (with your own passphrase) from Settings, and keep it somewhere safe. If you lose your PIN or that backup passphrase, there's no way for us to recover it either. By design, nobody but you ever holds the key.
Can I move my license to a new computer?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us and we'll move it for you. A license is tied to one device at a time, not locked to it forever.
Does Shuddhi show rupee values or today's gold rate?
Never, by design. Shuddhi tracks weight only: grams of gold and silver, department by department. That's a deliberate boundary, not a missing feature: rate and billing belong to your accounting system, not your recovery tracker.
